| Okay,
so it's not such a golden rule anymore, but there was a
time not long ago that in anything you read, no matter
what happened, the main character would always pull
through somehow. There are still some who follow
this unspoken rule, but there are a significant number of
others who disregard it. Now the question becomes
am I one of those authors that sticks to it or breaks it?
Sometimes one, sometimes the other, it really depends on
my mood and what I'm writing. Some things just lend
themselves better to one or the other... You'll find
out for yourself what kind this is later on, so sit back
